Retention
Azure Marketplace Leads
When you initiate the install of the Azure Marketplace offer, Microsoft will send to us the following information:
Name
Email
Country
Company (if provided)
Job Title (if provided)
Phone Number (if provided)
Our reason to collect this data is for the purpose of pro-active follow up (nurturing) and providing support.
This data is not used for marketing purposes, unless you provide us consent to do so, as described in Microsoft’s Publisher Agreement, version 8.0 September 2025 update, section 7(b)(iii).
This data is stored securely in an Azure Storage Account Table located in ‘UK South’) of which access to that data is controlled by fine grained permissions.
This data is retained for a period of no more than three (3) years will be automatically destroyed.
Azure Marketplace Install Notifications
When you initiate the install of the Azure Marketplace offer, Microsoft will send to us the following information:
Date and time of the install

Subscription ID
Resource Group Name
Resource Name (of the managed application)
Plan installed as well as the version of the offer
Progress status of the install
Successful
Failed and the reason(s) why
Removed (uninstalled)
Our reason to collect this data is for the purpose of pro-active follow up (nurturing) and providing support.
This data is not used for any other purposes.
This data is stored securely in an Azure Storage Account Table (located in ‘UK South’) of which access to that data is controlled by fine grained permissions.
This data is retained for a period of no more than ninety (90) days after you uninstall the managed application from your subscription.
Azure Marketplace Co-Admin Access Permission
Be aware that if you choose a offer/plan that utilizes ‘publisher managed’ (as opposed to the ‘locked mode’) permission model, coreMem Limited will be able to access all data (including PII) for the service.
Note | coreMem Limited has no access to any service data or your Azure account when you select the (recommended) ‘locked mode’ permission model. Using ‘publisher managed’ is a feature only for those that have a prior support agreement in place with coreMem Limited. |
No data is collected but our reason to access this data is to provide support and not used for any other purposes.
Access to this data is controlled by fine grained permissions.
No data will be accessed or exfiltrated without your prior written explicit consent. That permission is considered lapsed immediately upon a support request being considered closed or a period where no more than ten (10) days has lapsed since the last communication between yourselves and us. Once lapsed, all data held will be destroyed immediately.
Azure provides to you an activity log which is a complete and immutable (non-modifiable) audit log of all interactions with the service you may use to independently monitor this.
Emails
When you contact us by email, we collect all data that you provide to us.
Our reason to collect this data is for the purpose of providing support and improving RADNAC and the services offered around it.
This data is stored securely by our email service provider Fastmail and where stored on our own equipment that data is encrypted at rest.
This data is retained indefinitely.
Website

When you use this website we collect all data that you provide to us, including IP addresses.
Our reason to collect this data is for the purpose of providing support and improving RADNAC and the services offered around it.
We do not use cookies, we are not monsters.
This data is stored securely on an AWS S3 bucket and encrypted at rest using AWS managed keys in the UK (AWS region eu-west-2).
This data is retained for a period of no more than three (3) years, with the exception of IP addresses which after a period of no more than ten (10) days will be automatically destroyed. IP addresses are retained for a short period for only the purposes of monitoring and responding to abuse of our services.
Note | When using the contact form, this data is immediately emailed to ourselves and our email retention rules apply instead, meaning this data is retained indefinitely, including your IP address. |
Analytics
For web analytics we utilise a ‘backend’ integration with Pirsch Analytics by sending them our AWS Cloudfront access logs.
For more information on how they process and store data please look to their Privacy statement.
The important parts of our integration with Pirsch is as well as their aim to be fully privacy preserving (not using cookies or storing your IP address) we send them only our logs generated by your browser accessing our site. There is no direct (or proxied) interaction between your browser and their service.
